Starting wide body kit.  Making the plug, then the moulds for carbon fibre front guards, and will look similar to above cars design.

 
 
Two pack high fill primer.
Using modelling clay to make flanges in the mould.
The front guard moulds.
Mould reinforced with timber strips to prevent flexing.
 Making the custom front bar fit the wider guards.
 
 
Inserting stronger valve springs and titanium retainers, using a special tool made in house utilising compressed air.
Turbo Smart new Compact Gates added.

Custom coolant pipe with dash 4 bleed at the high point.
We used Z32 throttle linkages, which we modified to suit the VQ motor and we lightened it.
3 inch Stainless exhaust built in house, 1.6mm wall thickness used for the first section down to the bottom of the gear box, then 1.2mm back to where it joins up to the 4 inch pipe. 
 Slip joint used for waste gate dump pipe.
V Band joiniers used for quick release.

Custom gear box mount recessed to sit the 3 ich exhaust closer to the body for better ground clearance and aero.

Custom Ross Racing harmonic balancer, with dry sump drive and chopper wheel for crank trigger.
