We raised the rear roll centre by grinding the diff cradle bushes flush. We also cut off upper and traction rod bracket off the cradle, then cut and shut and welded brackets to chassis further raising roll centre. This is stronger, stiffer and lighter. We also made optional pivot points to raise and lower pivot points of lower control arm pivot points to change traction angle and made pivot point options for rear tow arm. We plotted the travel and corrected to get the minimum toe change, much less than OEM. |

Vehicle at about lowest setting at static height, now the upper control arms are not inverted and roll centre and geometry is rectified similar to factory car at factory height, so no disadvantage with the car set very low to the ground. |

We cut out factory box section on inner front skirt and cut the control arm bracket and welded it to the inner skirt and used Chrome Molly plate to gusset it and tie it into the top rail. We also made two option pivot points for the inner pin and cut out a hole on inner skirt in engine bay to remove and refit the bolt. Lighter and stronger than stock with raised roll centre.

We raised the lower inner control arm pivot point to raise roll centre along with radius rod pin location and then had to lower the outer steering pivot point to correct bump steer. This was checked at different heights to get less than 1mm toe change through its travel. |
